Many facilities offer cosmetic vein treatment. Morrison Vein Institute is different. We specialize in comprehensive vein care, of both unsightly and unhealthy veins. That means we don’t just treat veins that appear on the surface. We do a complete evaluation before vein treatment, to identify any hidden problem areas in both upper and lower legs. Next, we treat these problems completely. Finally, we re-examine the veins periodically to assure that venous reflux has not returned. Venous disease cannot be “cured forever” by initial treatment but it can be managed so that serious vein problems are prevented and discomfort is minimized.
Even if your unhealthy veins were “stripped” in the past, other veins may become diseased. Morrison Vein Institute frequently works with people who’ve had previous vein treatments. Terri Morrison was the co-founder of Morrison Vein Institute since 1995.
Terri has spent the last 20 years as a vein care speaker on marketing, sclerotherapy and compression both nationally and internationally.
She was an early activist for nursing in the ACP, Program and Section Chair of the Nursing Section, and co-authored the Fundamentals of Phlebology Nursing manual.
Terri was also a Maricopa County burn unit, ICU and ER trauma nurse for over 22 years; marketing for 20 years; community college instructor; and piloted airplanes for 14 years before starting the vein business.
Passionate is her favorite word.
Passionate about her family including kids and grandkids, treating veins, compression (ACP delegate to the International Compression club), leading volunteer medical trips to South America, taking care of her office and colleagues for 21 years and travelling.
Now I’ve started a new Consulting Company to help providers and patients learn Sclerotherapy, Compression stockings, garments, Velcro wraps for edematous legs.
Also I lecture internationally on compression, marketing, and face- hand- leg- feet- chest vein Sclerotherapy. I travel to Vein clinics to teach hands on Sclerotherapy and Compression techniques.
